WordPress website design for wellness resort.

Waterwood Resort is a wellness resort and community on Lake Erie that promotes a lifestyle inspired by nature.

A website was needed to serve as both an online brochure to showcase the townhomes and condos for sale within the resort as well feature the various features and amenities within the property.

Another primary goals was to utilize the website to capture leads from prospective buyers.

Finally, they wanted to make sure they were set up in the future to continue to add informational and promotional content for marketing the resort and properties.

A custom design was created to match the brand they had begun to establish through their print brochure using video renderings and photos of the property. Information was also utilized from their brochure and organized in an easy to navigate website that highlighted the resort’s amenities and properties for sale.

Interactive maps were also created to help visitors to navigate to pages providing more information about the different areas of the property.

A floorplan gallery page was created as a lead magnet in exchange for signing up for their email marketing list. This served the purpose of showcasing the condo and townhome properties as well as collecting information from qualified buyers.

Lead generation contact forms are utilized throughout the site to encourage potential buyers to sign up to learn more about the property.
