The Damiano Kilbane Group is a real estate agency that specializes in residential properties sales and purchases in the Northeast Ohio area. They previously had no web presence other than a properties listings and search provided through Russell Real Estate Services. Their primary goals for their new website were to begin to establish a separate online presence that more effectively conveyed their messaging to their target clients and distinguished their agencies from competitors. They also wanted to utilize their website to earn trust with potential clients and position the Damiano Kilbane Group agents as the go to real estate experts in Northeast Ohio.

To write the copy for the website, I provided them with a customer persona worksheet in order to help determine a more effective design, content and user experience that was geared towards their specific target audience. I also provided a Storybrand worksheet to help break down different elements of their messaging into a clear and easy to digest story arc that is both compelling and effective.

After the copy was written, I created a unique website design to help set their business apart from their competitors and appeal to their specific target audience with a focus on effectively displaying important information and calls to action designed to stand out and guide potential clients to take action. A resources page as well as various banners and popups were included to link prospective clients to various tools from their Russell Real Estate website such as property search, mortgage calculator and home valuation form. An Agents page was also included in order to display team bios, credentials and past client testimonials.

WordPress was used in order to provide them with a platform that can be utilized for future content additions and marketing campaigns.
