Website Consultation Meeting
I will meet with you to learn about your business and it’s goals to determine if I am a best fit as a partner to help create your business’s website design.

Website Design Proposal
I will present a proposal outlining your website’s goals and proposed solutions, plus cost and timeline estimates. Once we agree on a proposed solution for your website design, work can begin.

Research & Styleboards
I will conduct thorough research and collect references to present options for your website’s design. References include website design inspiration, color palettes, font families, typographic design examples and photo or illustration style examples.

Wireframes
Wireframes are created to help present the structure of all key web pages as well as the flow of information. These are a critical step to help determine how to present content on your website in order to best convey your messaging.

Mockups or Prototype
From the wireframes, I will apply brand design elements such as colors, typography, photo and graphics to better demonstrate the look and feel of the website. If the project requires user testing of interactive elements, an interactive prototype can be created for this purpose.

Development
I will develop the WordPress website utilizing the WordPress theme and plugins that best fit the goals of the project. If results can’t be achieved through available themes or plugins, I offer custom theme and plugin development.

Delivery
I will install and configure your website on your selected hosting. You will receive all information needed to fully access your website files and WordPress administration. A one month grace period is offered for any additional updates needed for errors or bug fixes discovered after the website has been delivered.

Training
You will receive a training manual and video tutorials for how to manage the primary features of your website. The WordPress Website Care Plan is offered if additional assistance is needed for ongoing maintenance, updates and management of the website.
